Here are some leaves I gathered yesterday on a walk through Frick Park. I used pencil to draw the faces and an x-acto knife to cut them out.

Web Design & Illustrations for Seagrape Wines

A great wine shop on Hudson Street in the West Village. They wanted a site that reflects the fun atmosphere of their wine shop combined with bright colors reminiscent of contemporary surf culture. You can visit them online HERE.

These are the two web pages I designed and illustrated for Maid Mariam Muffins. She sells her muffins from her bike in Prospect Park.

3 Minute Portraits at the Pittsburgh Children's Museum - Day 5

Bella pointed out that I had forgotten her beauty mark. How could I have forgotten that? I added it and she declared:" Now it looks like me!"

Grace has a lovely presence.

Luke's response: "Awesome."

Lauren's request: "Please don't include my braces."

Saya sat quietly eating pea snacks from Trader Joes while I drew her.

Mikayla instructed me not to sign her portrait; "Don't write your name on it."

These are from day five of speed portraits at the Pittsburgh Children's Museum. It was one of my favorite days. I drew approx. 30 portraits in 2.5 hours. The line was never too long so I felt comfortable taking more time to talk to the models. Compressed charcoal on paper, 18"x24"
